Refund Policy
Our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction and academic success.
General Cancellation
If you cancel an order that has not yet been assigned to a writer or has not yet started, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following terms:
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted within 3 business days of placing the order.
- All approved refunds will be processed for 80% of the total amount paid. The remaining 20% covers processing fees and administrative costs.
Specific Exam & Live Service Guarantees
We offer a 100% refund in the following specific scenarios related to live tutoring or exam appointments:
- Service Failure: If the scheduled exam or service fails to happen due to technical issues on our end, or if the assigned tutor fails to show up for a confirmed appointment.
- Client No-Show (Cancellation Condition): If the client books an exam slot but does not appear, resulting in the service not being delivered, the client is eligible for a refund of 80% of the fee, provided we are notified within the 3-day window.
Note: Refunds are not granted for poor grades if the service requirements were met. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Tutorsonhenry management.
